SHORTBREAD BISCUIT

INGREDIENTS:

Butter 100gm 

powder sugar 1 cup

Milk powder 2 tea spone

Baking powder 1 tea spone

Flour 2.5 cup

PROCEDURE: 

 Take the butter and beat it nicely that it can turn into cream.

Add the powder sugar with the creamy butter and beat nicely.

Add baking powder and milk in the mixture & beat them.

Now add  flour in the mixture and make a doe.

Keep the doe in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

After freezing the doe shape it like square & cut them & give a design with a fork. 

Pour some sugar on the top of the biscuits & bake them in a pre heated oven  at 190 degree temperature for 15 to 20 minutes.

Then serve it & enjoy.
